Still NO update

I put in a report to apple & the maker of the game over a month ago & they have yet made a update so we could actually get past the first level. How long does it take to fix this problem?! If I knew I was dealing with an uncaring company, one that takes peoples money and offers a non working app then I wouldnt have given $3 to you guys. I feel scammed.
